We had the BBQ Pork rib full-slab dinners and they were WONDERFUL! The sauce was just sweet enough and with a little tang! They were meaty, but no fat. Very high quality grade of meat! We appreciate whenever Dennis makes the ribs and the effort he made in calling us to let us know he was making them! We have gone to The Sparta Restaurant for more than 20 years and have always enjoyed the food,the family ownership and it's staff and all of their employees.They are always trying to give you a pleasant and memorable dinning experience!
